Don't Play With Your Food (or, How to Make Guacamole)

I was playing with my food yesterday, being a Cooking Light photographer-food-stylist wanna-be. I would rather have had better tortilla chips to work with, but, eh, you do what you can, right?

Your pictures just astound me. You should send them to cooking light along with your reviews. They look just like the pictures in Lisa's cooking magazines....which I only read when I'm in the "office" and have run out of officially manly things to read. Anyway...

Yes, super pics! I'll take a stab at the ingredients: cilantro, lime, scallions, avacado, and black and red dried peppers. *shrug*
