Do you have any favorite recipes? I sort of made up my own crumb topping and think it could use some improvement. I used a recipe from Cook's Illustrated The New Best Recipe and they were delicious.

I like the Cook's Illustrated recipe, too! However, it's a little too cakey for me so I am looking for one that is a little more hearty. Maybe your crumb topping would help!
